How We Can Care For You

Personal Care Service

A Care Plan is developed based on the clients needs. We can assist you to continue living independently in your own home. Trained staff can assist you with hygiene, grooming, social support, respite care, cleaning, meal preparation, laundry and light household duties.

Respite Service

Respite Services offer individual social and recreational activities as well as 'time out' for carers in the clients home. A complete assessment is undertaken together with clients carers and their families to develop a plan to enhance their quality of life.

Transport

Staff can assist you by taking you to your medical appointments and shopping.

Community Access and Companionship

We can accompany clients on outings, shopping or just share time with them at home. Staff are also available to support clients to access recreational and social programs in the community.

Your Complaints are Welcome

Ultimate Personal Care Service is committed to providing a high-quality service to our clients. If you are unhappy with a service that we provide, we would like to know. Your complaints and feedback provide us with information to help improve the quality of our service.

Ultimate Personal Care Service has policies and procedures in place for managing complaints. You may make a complaint by speaking to a staff member in the office or you may send in a letter, or if you don't feel comfortable dealing with us you have the right to contact the Department of Communities. Please be assured that you will not lose the service.

If you make a complaint, your complaint will be dealt with in a confidential and professional manner and will only be discussed with the people directly involved.
