Unique and Individual Programs
In consultation with participants and their families, the Post School Services Program designs and implements unique and individual programs for each and every person.
We will:
- Create an individualised program, based on your personal goals and vision for the future.
- Be available and accessible to you to discuss progress and any issues or concerns.
- Offer experienced support staff
- Maintain high program quality by reviewing, monitoring and updating the program to ensure it meets your needs.
